Is it possible to put ATV engine in Chinese Moped frame? - sunl atv gearbox

So I have a Chinese junk, pure sunt scooter and are often broken. I think that rule for a Yamaha Blaster ATV engine under the same, in the hope that it is safer. Do you think that it works? I've got all the tools, welding and other tools? What do you think?
